Mohammed Diab – International Director Dubai Team Holding a Master's degree and a 5-year Engineering Diploma, Mohammed has 17 years of experience in international education and partnership development, managing the institution's global outreach. In memory Mr. Victor Zhenchenko Co-Founder & Former University Chancellor Ukraine Victor Zhenchenko, born in 1936 and passing away in late 2021, was one of the most esteemed cultural figures in Europe and the post-Soviet states. A true polymath, he was celebrated as a singer, poet, actor, opera and theatre professional, and a gifted interpreter fluent in Tatar, Belarusian, Russian, Azerbaijani, Latvian, and Kazakh. In 1997, he was honored with the title of Honored Artist and had been a distinguished member of the Ukrainian Union of Writers since 1975. Victor Zhenchenko's contributions to culture were further recognized with the Commander of the Order of St. Vladimir the Great and St. Michael the Archangel. He was also a laureate of the Andriy Malyshko Literature Prize and an honored citizen of his homeland. Dr. Asaad Nasif International Postgraduate Dean and Senior Lecturer Egypt He holds a Doctorate from Ain Shams University in Egypt, one of the top universities in the Middle East. He served as an expert in planning and follow-up for one of the National Councils of the Egyptian Presidency of the Council of Ministers from 2002 to 2003. From 2008 to 2011, he worked as an expert in pre-university education development committees under the auspices of the European Union, the World Bank, and the Egyptian Ministry of Education. He led the quality education teams at the Egyptian National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education, affiliated with the Prime Minister's Office, from 2010 to 2013. Hikal - Faculty Saudi Arabia A Lecturer in the Faculty of Specific Education at Mansoura University, Egypt, holds a Ph.D. in Education and Food Science, awarded with the grade of Excellent. Prof. Dr. George Iatridis - Faculty Greece George Iatridis is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance in the Department of Economics at the University of Thessaly, Greece, where he also directs the MSc in Accounting and Auditing program. He serves as the financial accounting subject editor for the International Review of Financial Analysis (Elsevier) and has published over 46 research papers in international peer-reviewed academic journals. Dr. Iatridis has previously lectured in Accounting and Finance at the University of Manchester, UK, and has also taught at the University of Athens and the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton. He began his career in the USA, working for three major plastic material producers, initially focusing on New Product Development and later moving into Customer Technical Service. Shaikh - Faculty India / Malaysia Dr. Junaid holds a range of qualifications, including a B.Com. (Hons), M.Com, M.Phil, G.D.C.A., Ph.D., and FAIA (Acad UK). He is also a Fellow of AIA (Acad) and AAFM. With over 23 years of teaching experience at international universities, Dr. Junaid is now working full-time. Dr. Mutrik Al Qahtani KSA Dr. Mutrik bin Mohammed Al Qahtani is a distinguished legal consultant and international arbitrator affiliated with several international courts specializing in commercial law. He has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and has completed many specialized courses in arbitration. Mr. R. Lukas Switzerland Guest Lecturer Mr. Lukas is a guest lecturer at Harvard University and numerous other prestigious universities. He holds an MBA from Zurich University of Applied Sciences. She received her B.S. in Agroindustry from Zamorano University in Honduras in 2005. In 2008, she obtained an M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a Minor in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida. She earned her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University in 2011. Dr. Calix joined the department in December 2017. Her research interests focus on the utilization of food antimicrobials to inhibit bacterial foodborne pathogens. She explores the diverse chemistry, spectrum of activity, sources, and applications of natural food antimicrobials within foods. Additionally, her areas of expertise include non-thermal processing of foods, food product development, and food safety.
