Secretary / Office Administrator (49 hours): A comprehensive program permitted by KHDA (the regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai) for individuals pursuing careers as office administrators or secretaries. The curriculum covers office management, communication, record-keeping, and time management, all endorsed by ISB. In the second week, we have planned a virtual lecture enriched with interactive elements, which constitutes approximately 20% of the program's total duration.
